Rep. Vargas' Proclamation on Hunger Awareness Month

Washington, D.C.- September is Hunger Awareness Month. To partake in this movement, Rep. Vargas has committed himself to recognizing great organizations that strive to make a difference in the lives of the many people who suffer from food insecurity, through the below proclamation.
